1.) A T3i Rebel series camera
2.) A tripod stand
3.) Kit lens (18mm-55mm)
4.) and loads of internet resources to help and confuse me alike.
Very basic i know, with time i'll invest in more tools of the trade. But for now, it will have to do to make "amazing" .
i'll keep this simple, and give you samples to view for most of the research i carry out myself. though my focus is on film making itself, i am delving deeply into the world of photography first to have a proper understanding of kiki (my camera:every time i think of her i cant help but smile :), pardon the weirdness). films are made from moving pictures, so if i can get the picture part right i'll get my amazing films.
I have a short film i directed some years back, one day soon i'l post a link for it to be viewed. My problem with it isn't how crappy it is, but how my contribution as a last-minute actor contributed greatly to its crappiness. Anyways that movie made me believe i could do a better job, so here i am.
Look out for the next post, I'll upload pictures of work done so far for you to see. its not anything spectacular, but i like them nonetheless.
